Sleep Made Simple with Dr Ashish Bhatia

“How are you sleeping?”

We ask because sleep is really important for our health and performance, yet so many of us struggle to sleep well. The good news is that, Dr Bhatia from Humble sleep is offering an interactive workshop titled “Sleep Made Simple”.

In the session we will simplify the science of sleep and empower you with practical skills and resources to improve your sleep. There will also be time for questions on themes like managing insomnia, menopause, shift working, kids, drugs and devices. To find out more visit www.humblesleep.com

Dr Ashish Bhatia is an NHS GP and Medical Lecturer at Bristol University and Insomnia Consultant at Sulis Hospital in Bath. He is also the founder of www.humble.info. Humble specialises in health, wellbeing and performance optimisation. Combining science with practical support to help bring out your best. Our approaches are effective for individuals, teams, schools and organisations, used to train doctors, adopted by the British Holistic Medical Association and presented at the Royal Society of Medicine.
